This policy explains what personal data EU Inc Now collects, why, and your rights over it. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to help you form an EU company and to keep you informed about EU Inc.
Who we are
EU Inc Now ("we") provides information about EU Inc (the 28th Regime) and helps founders form companies in Europe. We are not a law firm; we connect you with licensed counsel. The data controller's full legal details are listed in our imprint.
What we collect
When you submit the "Get your free plan" or "Notify me" form, we collect only what you enter:
- your name (optional on the short form);
- your email address;
- your country of residence and company type, if you choose to provide them;
- your consent to be contacted, and which form you used.
We do not collect special-category data, and we do not run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, so we do not build a profile of your browsing.
Why we use it, and the legal basis
We use your details to prepare and send your free company-formation plan, to answer your enquiry, and (if you ticked the box) to email you EU Inc updates. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in our own database, hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure. We do not use a third-party email-marketing platform, and we do not sell or rent your data. If you decide to proceed with a formation, we share the details needed with the relevant licensed counsel to deliver the service.
Cookies
This site uses no cookies and no tracking technologies. See our cookie policy.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only as long as needed to provide the service and the updates you asked for, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email us at [email protected] (or use the details in our imprint). You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service evolves. The date above shows the latest version.
