What this site is
EU Inc Now publishes information about EU Inc (the 28th Regime) and company formation across Europe, and offers to help you form an EU company. We are a service provider, not a law firm, and we work with licensed counsel to deliver formations.

The content here is general information, not legal, tax or financial advice, and it does not create a lawyer-client relationship. EU Inc is a proposal that is not yet law, and tax and company-law rules change. Always confirm the current position and take professional advice before acting.
Accuracy
We verify the figures we publish (tax rates, capital, timelines) against official and reputable sources and date them, but we cannot guarantee they are complete or current at the moment you read them. Country data is provided "as is".
The formation service
When you request a plan, we provide a recommendation and a quote. Any formation we then carry out is delivered with licensed counsel under a separate engagement, with its own scope, pricing and terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on the general information on this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Intellectual property
The content and design of this site belong to EU Inc Now unless stated otherwise. You may read and share it, but not republish it as your own.
